The Head Start/Early Head Start program is a federal program that promotes the school readiness of children from birth to 5 years old, and pregnant women.
MECAA offers an array of emergency (one-time) services through multiple funding sources. Services are based on need, uncontrollable circumstance and eligibility.
MECAA operates programs designed to meet the needs of our aging community. Services are based on funding and eligibility.
