Presently Accepting Applications for the Following: Information Systems Manager (Hardware – Systems) Purpose of Position: Provide information systems support to enable staff to take better advantage of technology for efficiency and quality improvements by providing systems support to all levels of agency operations and employees in all facets of agency operations. Interfaces with outside resources to provide advanced information systems support and consultation. Diagnoses and repairs hardware and software problems in support of agency operations either telephonically, remotely and/or on-site. Responsible for network hardware and software, e-mail and intranet and all issues related to use of computer technology. Responsible for policies relating to technology and equipment in agency. Responsible for equipment inventory. Trouble shoots problems related to MS Office and associate products. Backs up operating systems consistent with internal processes. Accountabilities:
